The Deepest Chandra View of RBS 797: Evidence for Two Pairs of Equidistant X-ray Cavities

We present the first results of a deep $Chandra$ observation galaxy cluster RBS 797, whose previous X-ray studies revealed two pronounced cavities in east-west (E-W) direction. Follow-up VLA radio observations central active galactic nucleus (AGN) uncovered different jet and lobe orientations, with lobes filling E-W perpendicular jets showing emission north-south (N-S) direction over same scale ($\approx$30 kpc). With new $\sim$427 ks total exposure, we report detection additional, symmetric N-S at nearly radial distance as ones. The newly discovered are associated detected 1.4 GHz 4.8 archival data, making 797 found to have four equidistant, centrally-symmetric, radio-filled cavities. derive dynamical radiative ages from respectively, finding that outbursts approximately coeval, an age difference $\lessapprox$10 Myr between discuss scenarios for origin perpendicular, equidistant cavity systems: either presence binary AGN which is excavating coeval pairs directions, or fast ($<$10 Myr) reorientation event produced subsequent, misaligned outbursts.
